My passion for travel ignited over 42 years ago, driving me to explore the corners of the globe. Specializing in Caribbean destinations, cruises, family and friends getaways, destination weddings, honeymoons, and milestone celebrations, I’ve become the go-to expert for those seeking extraordinary travel adventures. We provide "tailor-made" itineraries unique to each client to exotic destinations on all seven continents. Our commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences goes beyond my personal adventures. Sandy’s Travel Connections has a dedicated team of knowledgeable travel advisors, each with their own specialties, including a focus on Disney destinations. We understand that every traveler is unique, and we pride ourselves on creating personalized journeys that exceed expectations.
In 1994, I transitioned into a travel agent role, eager to share my wealth of experiences. From the Caribbean to Mexico, Hawaii to the Mediterranean, and various European countries, my initial explorations laid the foundation for my travel expertise. Seeking to broaden my horizons, I ventured into faraway destinations like Southeast Asia, exploring Thailand, Incredible India, the Sub-Continent, UAE (4 of the 7 UAEs), and the French Polynesia – Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora.
In 2017, I achieved a significant milestone by ticking off a destination on my bucket list, the Motherland, the Continent of Africa. By November 2018, I added another feather to my cap by exploring Down Under, the Continent of Australia.
Since 2018, my globetrotting adventures have continued, encompassing international destinations such as China, where I conquered the Great Wall of China in Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, and Hunan. I explored the Holy Land, Israel, witnessed the stunning Petra in Jordan, experienced Egypt's wonders, and had a heartwarming return to the Motherland of Ghana in December 2023. This epic and transformative trek left indelible memories for both me and my clients.
As an advocate for the Diaspora, I highly recommend the unforgettable journey to Ghana, saying "Akwaaba" to all who embark on this wonderful adventure.
